Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • Assorted berries (frozen ones work too!)
  • All natural granola

  • Spoon
  • Bowl

If desired, the frozen berries can be thawed to room temperature before making the parfait, but they give it added texture if eaten while still partially frozen. In a bowl, alternate layers of the yogurt, berries and granola for a fancy looking parfait that is super easy and delicious!

For some variety, try experimenting with different fruits like bananas, peaches, nectarines, blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries. Instead of granola, you can use almonds, cashews, shredded wheat, or bran flakes, adding some extra fiber!
