Clean Layered Nacho Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. can refried beans
  • 1 1/2 cups plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 6 oz. can black olives,chopped
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Directions:

Combine Greek yogurt and spices. On a platter (or in 2 pie pans), layer beans, then yogurt mixture, then lettuce, tomato, and olives. Refrigerate until serving. Enjoy with clean tortilla chips, carrot sticks, or other veggies!
