Clean Citrus Coleslaw Recipe

Citrus Coleslaw


  • 1 bag (16 oz.) shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped orange
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pineapple


Whisk yogurt, lime juice, and lemon juice together. Stir in orange and pineapple pieces. Toss liquid fruit mixture with cabbage. Enjoy immediately or store in the refrigerator to let the flavors blend.
