- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 2-3 Tbs. honey (add more if desired)
- Dash salt
- Dash cayenne pepper
Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and store in the refrigerator. Use it as a dip, sauce, topping, dressing, or anything!
I don’t like honey very much so I don’t add a lot, so feel free to add more to your liking!
